Each session lasts 75 minutes. Sessions cost £5 for members or £10 for non-members.
We can’t currently accommodate group bookings – please each book on individually or complete the form for a private session.
Once you have successfully booked on – you will receive an Order Confirmation via email. If you have not received this, you have not booked on successfully.
Plan on attending 3 or more sessions each month?Become a member for £15/month and access £5 sessions.
